convertible tonneau system for full and mid-size trucks.
At the touch of a button, two hard composite panels will automatically open and store out of the
way. Press the button again, and the tonneau closes, sealing the bed easily and effortlessly.
Aerodynamically designed to drive with tonneau fully open reducing drag and wind resistance.
Can also be configured as an wind deflector for fifth wheel trailers. Close the system and the
panels are securely sealed to the truck bed protecting your contents with a water-tight seal,
ensuring a dry truck bed.
The convertible tonneau system utilizes our new panel stowing system when the tonneau is open
and the panels are on the roof of the truck. This system uses a discrete, center-mounted
low-profile bumper to locate and position the panels on the vehicle roof. The two hard panels that
cover the bed of the truck are composed of a composite material with a lightweight durable foam
core with reinforced metal edging. Panels are driven by a linkage and mini-hydraulic system
similar to a typical automotive convertible roof system.
