Is there a long waiting list for tonneau system?
Not long. We can ship within 2 to 3 days of an order.
Is the price the same for the Caddy or the Chevy?
Same price – currently we only have one model that fits both trucks.
Do you have an installation dept.?
No. We’re a small company that only does the development and manufacturing of the tonneau
system. However, we have been known to install a few system now and then.
What kind of Warranty does it have?
3 years
Do you have to drill through the roof of the vehicle?
No. The upper receivers are bonded to the roof with 3M body molding tape. The receivers are
removable in case you decide to move the system to a new vehicle.
Is it a fairly quiet system?
We found the system to quiet when the panels are stored on the roof when driving
Where do you mount the switch?
Switch is mounted to the back of the truck on the left hand side.
Is the motor(s?) inside the arms?
The pump motor and controller are inside a box mounted to the left side of the tonneau system.
Do you need a roof rack?
No. The system is designed to work with or without a roof rack.
How fast can you drive with the tonneau up?
Reasonable highway speeds.
Do I need the upper receivers?
If you intend to drive with the tonneau in the open position, stored at the roof, then the upper
receivers are necessary.
Can the panels be painted?
Yes. The panels can be painted using a flexible type paint.
How much load can the panels carry?
Each panel can carry a distributed load of 200 lbs.
Can I mount a LCD or anything else to the panels?
The system has been tested with a 32" LCD screen weighing approximately 24 lbs mounted to the
front panel.
Will the system interfere with the sport wing?
Yes.
